Need to change employer
Changing employer usually needs an official process. Do not leave work without documenting the reason and getting advice first.
Use this page as a first step. For disputes or danger, contact 1955 and check official sources.
First steps
- Write down why you want to transfer, especially if there is unfair treatment.
- Do not hand over original documents without a receipt.
- Ask the agency to explain the process and deadline in writing.
- Call 1955 if you are forced to sign papers or threatened with repatriation.
Proof to keep
- Contract
- ARC and work permit
- Agency messages
- Proof of unfair treatment
